After delivery, total waking time (TWT) was significantly reduced (P0.05) and Total Sleep Time was significantly raised (P0.05), despite slow wave sleep stage 1 (N1) being reduced (P0.01) and non-rapid eye movement (REM) sleep being increased (P0.03).
Based on these findings, it's assumed that Red Ginseng Extract consumption improves sleep quality, which would be advantageous to sleep-deprived people.
